I'm not sure what these are actually called, but my younger sister went through a season where she practically lived off of these...So I decided to add this post to my blog in her honor :)
These little snacks are very simple:
Step 1: Cut dates in half with a knife.
Step 2: Smear on a bit of cream cheese to each date half.
Step 3: Top each one with a half (or partial piece) of pecan (roasted pecans are the best!!)
Step 4: Devour!
